In a bowl:
     Pour in 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
     4 eggs, beaten
     8 oz of sour cream
     1 pkg (large chopped, frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
     1 cup chopped onions
Mix well....

Melt:
     1 stick oleo in 11 x 7 baking dish. Pour mixture into dish, and bake @ 400 'til brown & pulls from sides of pan,
     about 30 - 35 minutes.
