Slice unpeeled red potatoes diagonally. Put in a 9 X 11 baking dish. Melt 1/2 stick of oleo and stir in a small package of Hidden Valley Dressing Mix. Pour mixture over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender (about 30 minutes). Easy and fast.
