| Oriental Cabbage Salad |
| Have ready: | 1 pkg chicken flavored Ramon noodles (broken up) |
| 1/2 cup slivered almonds | |
| 2 tablespoons sesame seeds | |
| 1/2 cup oil | |
| 3 tablespoons vinegar | |
| 1 teaspoon sugar | |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | |
| 1/2 teaspoon black pepper | |
| 1/2 head cabbage | |
| 4 small onions |
| Toast almonds, noodles and sesame seeds until brown at 425 for 10-15 minutes. For the dressing: Combine oil, vinegar sugar, salt, pepper and flavor package from noodles and refrigerate. Cut cabbage into bite size pieces then cut onions in small pieces and combine. Refrigerate. Mix all parts together just before serving. |
