| French Coconut Pie |
| Combine in mixing bowl: | 3 eggs, beaten |
| 1 1/2 cups sugar | |
| 1 can angel flake coconut | |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | |
| 1 stick oleo, melted | |
| 1 teaspoon (plus) vinegar |
| Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Need to keep careful watch so as not to over cook. |
