| Crawfish Soup |
| Have ready: | 2 cans yellow cream style corn |
| 4 cans cream of potato soup | |
| 1 pint Half & Half | |
| 1-2 lbs of frozen crawfish tails (can use shrimp) | |
| 1 large onion | |
| 1 bell pepper (optional) | |
| 1/2 stick oleo | |
| garlic to taste (optional) | |
| tobasco to taste (optional) |
| Saute onions and peppers in oleo until glossy. Add soup, corn, Half & Half and crawfish tails. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and tobasco. |
