Crawfish Soup

Have ready: 2 cans yellow cream style corn
4 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint Half & Half
1-2 lbs of frozen crawfish tails (can use shrimp)
1 large onion
1 bell pepper (optional)
1/2 stick oleo
garlic to taste (optional)
tobasco to taste (optional)

Saute onions and peppers in oleo until glossy. Add soup, corn, Half & Half and crawfish tails. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and tobasco.
