Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream mushrooms soup
1 3oz can mushrooms, drained. (Optional)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cooking Sherry
Toasted almond slivers
Prepare:
Place chicken in baking dish.
Combine soup, mushrooms sour cream & Sherry. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr to 1 1/4 hour, or 'til tender.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with almonds & place under broiler for 5 minutes or 'till almonds are browned.
