| Corn Casserole |
| Melt: | 1/2 stick Oleo |
| Mix with: | 1 can whole kernel corn |
| 1 can creamed corn | |
| 1 carton sour cream | |
| 1 package Mexican cornbread mix | |
| Mix all together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
