Ingredients:
8 chicken breasts
Salt & Pepper
1/4 lb oleo
1 onion, finely chopped
Rosemary, Thyme and Maragon to taste
1 cup white wine
Prepare:
Salt & pepper chicken & brown in oleo on top of stove. (Best to use an iron skillet.)
Sprinkle with onion and selected seasonings.
Add wine.
Cover and bake 2 hours in oven at 275.
