| Broccoli Cornbread |
| Have ready: | 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix |
| 4 eggs, beaten | |
| 1 8oz. sour cream | |
| 1 10oz. package chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained | |
| 1 cup chopped onion | |
| 1 stick oleo |

Mix all ingredients except oleo. Melt oleo in 11 x 9 baking dish. Pour mixture into dish.
Bake at 400 'till brown and pulls from sides of pan, about 30-35 minutes. Tasty enough for an ex-President. |
